We never see your raw financial data
Your bank statements and transactions are processed privately and are never visible to us. We only ever hold a verified summary that cannot be traced back to your underlying data.
You decide what is shared
Your overview is only ever sent as part of an application you choose to submit, to the one landlord you are applying to. They see a clear verdict and a summary - never your transactions, your pay packet line by line, or who you pay.
We keep as little as possible
We collect only what is needed to provide the service. Personal information is kept to a minimum and removed when it is no longer required.
